Zootopia 2 becomes the most successful Hollywood animated film of all time

"Zootopia 2" pulls off a real sensation: the Disney hit is now the most successful Hollywood animated film ever! At the same time, the sequel is climbing the ranking of the highest-grossing films of all time. "Zootopia 2" is now in ninth place here.

The Disney film has now grossed around 1.71 billion US dollars worldwide. It has thus overtaken "Inside Out 2" and pushed it into 10th place. However, one animated film outside Hollywood was able to earn even more at the box office (worldwide): "Ne Zha 2". The Chinese box-office hit earned a whopping 2.26 billion dollars. Of course, James Cameron's "Avatar" remains enthroned at the top with 2.92 billion dollars.
