Kathy (Zoe Kazan) is driving with her daughter Lizzy (Ella Ballentine) at night, during a storm, on their way to meet Lizzy's father. Suddenly, something hits the car, making it impossible to continue the journey. Mother and daughter get out of the car and see only an enormous tooth stuck inside.
Kathy and Lizzy now want to walk to Lizzy's father's place, but they can't shake the feeling that something is behind them, following them.
