On Borneo, a team of scientists is searching for a rare orchid. As the rainy season has arrived, the team is forced to hire the somewhat dubious Captain Bill Johnson and his dilapidated cutter. When they are shipwrecked shortly afterwards, they make the acquaintance of a giant anaconda and fight their way through the jungle on foot, pursued by the hungry beast.
