Tron 3 is said to be based on the fact that it is possible for programs to penetrate the real world of humans. At the end of "Tron: Legacy", the program Ares is said to have entered the physical world. It has not yet been revealed whether Ares will play a heroic or an antagonistic role in the story. There is a possibility that he will continue to pursue Clu's intentions, which include the destruction of flawed humanity. On the other hand, it could also be that the character has arrived in our dimension by force. It would certainly be a fascinating experience to see how a logic-based computer program has to find its way in our real world. It is not yet known whether Sam and Quorra will be part of the story again.
