Overview

Passenger plane 716 has disappeared over the Atlantic Ocean with 200 people on board under unexplained circumstances. In the wake of the mysterious crash, recently widowed, brilliant aviation researcher Kendra Malley is called in by her former boss and mentor Howard Lawson to investigate the case. Kendra and her team go to great lengths to try to locate the missing plane and find potential survivors. A race against time begins. They have to deal with a variety of suspects and different motives - from suicide of the pilot leading a double life and terrorism to politically motivated murder, system failure and insurance fraud - not the least of which is preventing a repeat of such a tragedy.
