Freddy Fazbear returns: Following the huge box office success of the movie adaptation of "Five Nights at Freddy's", lead actor Josh Hutcherson announced in January 2024 that "Five Nights at Freddy's 2" was in the works. Director Emma Tammi has previously said that the plot of the sequels could very well be based on the respective parts of the game series.
