During their idyllic vacation, the two couples AJ and Maya and Ritchie and Jasmine experience an unexpected twist. A kayaking trip, led by a mysterious tour guide, takes them down the wrong river and into dangerous territory. There they come across a group of cannibals who know no mercy. When a member of the group suddenly disappears, the situation escalates and a brutal fight for survival begins.
