The Surfcenter Wustrow has its best days behind it. The number of visitors is dropping towards zero, and if the managers Martini, Sveni and Oli don't find an external financier, they are threatened with bankruptcy. When, with more luck than good sense, the men manage to borrow several million euros from an investor (Henry Hübchen) , they can hardly believe it. The investor is also pleased, because thanks to this placement in the trendy sports scene, he can finally turn his back on the weapons lobby. But the cartel reacts suspiciously: Who seriously invests in "surfing"? While the syndicate's henchmen target the leisure facility because they suspect a lucrative secret under the NVA concrete, the three surfers squander their backer's millions. When they realize that the former arms dealer is not to be trifled with and the air is getting thinner for them, they plan their escape with ship captain Hans (Friedrich Liechtenstein) across the Baltic Sea to the Caribbean...
