15 years after the events of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, Rey Skywalker rebuilds the Jedi Order.
A new film based around Daisy Ridley's character was announced at Star Wars Celebration 2023. The project is currently referred to as "New Jedi Order", but this title is not official. Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy is to direct the film. She would be the first woman to direct a "Star Wars" film.
