A live-action adaptation of the Disney animated film "Tangled" is currently in development. Rapunzel will be played by Australian actress Teagan Croft. Milo Manheim will be seen as Flynn Rider. The film is being directed by Michael Gracey, the director of "The Greatest Showman".

A new spin-off titled "Donkey" is in the works. As the title suggests, this time the story will center on Shrek's faithful companion, Donkey. "Donkey" tells the backstory of the beloved character. The film is described as an origin story and is set to show how Donkey became the loyal companion who always stands by Shrek's side.

A third "Black Panther" movie has been announced for 2028. During Comic-Con 2026, it was revealed that "The Long Walk" star David Jonsson will portray T'Challa's son in "Black Panther 3," following in the footsteps of Chadwick Boseman.
