Actor Kida Ramadan no longer wants to play the same old roles, but finally create something of his own. A tweet from Ricky Gervais, who is celebrating his portrayal of clan leader Toni Hamady in "4 Blocks", comes at just the right time. Kida takes advantage of the contact and convinces Ricky to give him the rights to a German adaptation of his series "Extras". The only problem is that there are hardly any international stars in Germany and the Germans are not exactly known for their sense of humor. On the way to the greatest series of all time, however, Kida's control slowly but surely slips away with every step he takes through the German film world.
