Overview

Two awkward fellow fifties, the trumpeter Torben (Marc Hosemann) and the saxophonist Peter (Heinz Strunk) , are thrown out on the street overnight by the bandleader of the dance band "Boarding Time". What now? At a jam session in the rehearsal room comes the saving idea: Peter and Torben put all their eggs in one basket and go to Mallorca to become pop stars in El Arenal. On their way to success, however, they have to deal with song theft, competitiveness, vacation affairs and Torben's suspicious wife Ilona (Bettina Stucky) , who has stayed in Hamburg...
