We're going back to Silent Hill! It's been 12 years since we last got to see "Silent Hill: Revelation 3D", the last installment in the popular horror franchise. This year, we are finally getting a new movie, which already presents us with the main antagonist via a first image: We are, of course, talking about Pyramid Head.

The image published by Variety shows the well-known monster apparently gaining access to a cell or passageway. It is carrying a huge sword in its hand.

In terms of plot, "Return to Silent Hill" focuses on James, played by Jeremy Irvine, who is led back to the titular town by a mysterious letter. Once there, however, he realizes that nothing is as it seems, because a malevolent force holds the place in its grip. Once again directed by Christophe Gans, the horror flick – which is based on the second part of the popular video game – has already been shot and is due to be released in movie theaters this year. However, there is no exact release date yet.
