A fan theory about the new The Batman has been circulating on the net for quite some time, and now there could be first hints that confirm this. The point is that The Batman - like its predecessors - was not directly adapted from Batman Comics, but at least influenced by it. Now there are some fans who firmly believe that The Batman will be more or less influenced by the comic "The Long Halloween". It's about a serial killer who always strikes on holidays. A big part of the story takes place on Halloween. And that's exactly what happens to fit to a recently leaked casting call of The Batman, where extras were required for a Halloween scene. In the coming days and weeks it is to be expected that many pictures from the set will appear anyway, because for the first time the shooting will take place outside the studio walls. More precisely, the first scenes are to be shot in Glasgow, Scotland, starting February 22, 2020.
