"Transformers 7: Rise of the Beasts": First part of a Transformer trilogy

We have known for a while that "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts" will be released in the summer of 2023 and will be a prequel. This came as quite a surprise, as both "Transformers: The Last Knight" and "Bumblebee" fell short of financial expectations. So it seems quite bold that Paramount is planning both "Transformers 8" and "Transformers 9" as well as an animated movie and an animated series. The two announced movies, along with the upcoming "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts", will function as a trilogy. While the animated movie is also slated for theatrical release, the animated series will be released on Nickelodeon later this year. However, fans of the movie series are still likely to look forward most to Steven Caple Jr.'s blockbuster "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts" on June 09, 2023.
