Metal Gear Solid movie in progress

Hardly any other game is so well known for strategic infiltration, sneaking around and quiet execution as Metal Gear Solid, and has been since the 80s. Today, Metal Gear Solid is one of the best known brands in the gaming industry. So a film version is more or less obvious, and this could even happen in the next few years. Jordan Vogt-Roberts has been working on a film version for some time, and so Star Wars actor Oscar Isaac was brought into conversation for the leading role. He said in an IGN interview that he would in for the leading role as Snake. Even though it's a rather unconventional way to apply for a role like that, Jordan Vogt Roberts isn't at all against it, as he reported on Twitter. In any case, it will be exciting to see whether Issac and Vogt Roberts will be able to talk to each other in a more binding way in the near future.
