Overview

The unscrupulous leader of the VALA organization, Christopher "Smiley" Cox, is developing a dangerous drug to bring the world to its knees. Only the masked avenger Rendel can stop him! On his crusade against evil, however, Rendel is forced to fight his own inner demons.
