This is Burton's best work. This movie is whimsical, tragic, and beautiful
all at once. When you combine a tearjerking score by Danny Elfman and the
story of a man who has lived in isolation, you get this movie. Bravo,
Burton.

One of my favorite movies of all time and definitely my favorite movie from my childhood love the old tim burton movies like nightmare before Christmas, corpse bride, frankenweenie and so on.

A cult classic. This is probably my favorite movie for the holiday blues. It's touching, but there are moments where you get a little angry at a few of the characters, but mostly you just feel bad for Edward and what story unfolds for him when humanity comes out of the woodwork to gawk at the "next new thing" -- it's a great movie, with a deep plot. It's much deeper than the base level you get from the movie at times.
