Pitch Perfect 4 is Currently in Development
The previous movies have grossed over 400 million dollars
The Barden Bellas are returning! According to actress Rebel Wilson, there's a good chance we'll get to see another installment of the "Pitch Perfect" series after all.
In an interview with BBC Radio 2's Gaby Roslin, Wilson hinted that "Pitch Perfect 4" is apparently in development:
"I mean, I know we're older now, so I don't exactly know what the storyline's going to be... I guess they've got to get the script right first, which is the age-old dilemma."
Wilson did, however, emphasize her love for the franchise and the joy she and her co-stars have had filming the three "Pitch Perfect" movies to date.
It remains to be seen whether part 4 will actually be made. The chances are not entirely bad: the previous three movies have grossed over 400 million dollars on a fairly modest budget. A TV series was also released, but was dropped again last year due to the Hollywood strikes.
